Cocktail Country: Soyombo Royal Mongolian

Soyombo Vodka Tasting
October 25th 5-8PM
South Plainfield and Bergenfield Store Locations Only.

Soyombo Royal Mongolian
• 2 parts Soyombo
• ½ parts Aperol
• ½ parts Maraschino (Cherry) Liqueur
• 3 dashes of bitters
• Top with Tonic water

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well. 
Strain into a highball glass and serve up.

Halloween Cocktail Country: Spiced Chocolate


Spiced Chocolate
Ingredients
• 1 oz Patrón XO Café Liqueur
• 1.5 oz Patrón Reposado Tequila
• .75 oz Dark chocolate liqueur
• Fresh whipped cream
• Crushed Red Pepper

Directions
Add all the ingredients except the whipped cream to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled old fashioned glass. Layer the top of the cocktail with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a large pinch of crushed red pepper.

Cocktail Country: Applejack Rabbit

Applejack Rabbit
Ingredients: 
* 2 ounces Laird's Applejack Brandy 
* 3/4 ounce lemon juice 
* 3/4 ounce orange juice 
* 1/2 ounce maple syrup 
Directions:
In a pitcher, combine the apples with the orange, apple juice, lemon juice and brandy.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain into a coupe and serve up.

Cocktail Country: Hard Cider Sangria

 
Hard Cider Sangria
Ingredients:
• 1 cup quartered and thinly sliced unpeeled green, yellow and red apples
• 1 navel orange—quartered and thinly sliced crosswise
• 1 cup apple juice, chilled
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 cup apple brandy (Recommend: Laird's Applejack)
• One 22-ounce bottle hard apple cider (Recommend: Angry Orchard)
• Ice

Directions:
In a pitcher, combine the apples with the orange,apple juice, lemon juice and brandy.
Just before serving, add the hard cider.Serve in tall glasses over ice.
