Brilliant crystal clear. The nose is cleanand pure with subtle notes ofgrain and mineral redolent of wet river stones with hints of dried stone fruits, and pepper. The palate echoes the nose opening with a vibrant attack of citrus zest that merges to a silky and lush core that is then swept away with dry notes of black pepper, and mineral. Ideally balanced with plenty of crisp acidity to wet the appetite and encourage the next sip.
